Everyone's biochemistry is different

I believe that the body has every capability to heal when it is given what it needs, and removed from things that slow it down or cause a burden to it, or drains energy, that could be otherwise used for maintaining or building health.

A problem with most diet books and diet plans available is they have a one size fits all approach.  They give general dietary advice, some of which may be good - but they are not able to address individual variations in chemistry, temperament, individual circumstances or motivation.

I can help you:

  • Learn how to listen to your body and learn it's unique signals and cues that help you fine tune what it  needs

  • Help you determine what proportion of the three basic nutrients of proteins, carbohydrates and fats your body needs and how often your body needs them

  • Decide what supplements, if any, are right for you

  • Analyze your diet for intolerances or other nutritional drains on your system that are slowing you down

  • Clear up misconceptions about nutrition 'hot buttons' in the media, and distinguish what is real and what is hype, and what is actually right for you and what isn’t.

  • Identify other factors that contribute to your biochemistry such as environmental toxins and food additives

  • Find an exercise plan that works for you
